At the end of each day, parents receive a detailed report that includes:

✔ Feeding Information: Times, amounts consumed, and any notes on appetite.

✔ Sleep Schedule: Times and duration of naps.

✔ Diaper Changes: Frequency and observations (wet, soiled, or both).

✔ Activities and Milestones: Highlights of developmental activities, such as tummy time, sensory play, or early social interaction.

✔ Caregiver Notes: Additional observations, such as mood, new milestones, or any concerns..

Partnering with Families

We believe that strong communication between caregivers and families is essential for your baby’s success. We:

✔ Schedule regular check-ins to discuss developmental progress and milestones.

✔ Encourage parents to share any updates about changes in feeding, sleep, or routines.

✔ Provide support and guidance on developmental topics, such as introducing solids, sleep transitions, or teething.

To ensure your baby’s comfort and care, we ask parents to provide the following items:

1. Daily Essentials:

• Diapers and wipes.

• Diaper cream, if needed (labeled with your baby’s name).

• Several changes of clothes (seasonally appropriate).

2. Other Personal Items:

• Any medications or special creams, accompanied by a signed authorization form.

• Sunscreen, if applicable, for outdoor time.
