Magic Moments Early Learning Center was established in 2002 with a heartfelt mission to create a home away from home environment for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years. We are proud to be licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education to provide high-quality childcare and early learning services that foster a love for learning and prepare children for future academic success. Our programs are designed to introduce young learners to the world around them through engaging early learning concepts, ensuring they are well-prepared for kindergarten and beyond.

In addition to our early learning programs, we offer before and after care services, as well as exciting summer care programs for children aged 5 to 12, providing a safe and stimulating environment for older children to learn, grow, and thrive. With convenient locations in Owings Mills and Rosedale, Maryland, Magic Moments has proudly served families in our community for over two decades, creating a nurturing space where love, laughter, and learning come together to make every moment magical.
