At Magic Moments Early Learning Center, our School-Age Program is designed to provide a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children before and after school. Whether your family needs before-school care, after-school care, or both, our program offers flexible options to support your schedule and your child’s growth. With a focus on academic support, social development, and creative activities, we ensure that every moment counts.

Program Options

Before-School Care (6:30 AM – School Start Time)

Our Before-School Care program helps children start their day with energy and focus in a supportive environment.

• A welcoming space to ease into the school day.

• A light, nutritious breakfast provided.

• Quiet time for reading or reviewing homework.

• Social and group activities to energize and prepare for learning.

After-School Care (School Dismissal – 6:30 PM)

Our After-School Care program provides a balance of fun, learning, and relaxation in the hours after school.

• Features:

• Transportation from school to our center (see the list of schools below).

• Time for homework assistance, with staff available to support academic needs.

• Hands-on enrichment activities, including arts and crafts, STEM projects, and team games.

• Outdoor play and movement activities to promote physical health.

• A healthy snack served daily.

• Opportunities for socialization and friendship building in a safe, structured environment.

Daily Schedule

Before-School Care:

• 6:30 AM – 7:45 AM: Quiet Activities, reading or homework review

• 7:45 AM – 9:05 AM: Transportation to school.

After-School Care:

• 3:00 PM – 4:30PM: Transportation from school to the center and snack time.

• 4:30 PM – 5:15 PM: Enrichment activities, such as arts, STEM, or group games.

• 5:15 PM – 6:15 PM: Outdoor play or structured physical activities.

• 6:15 PM – 6:30 PM: Free play and closing activities.

Teacher-to-Child Ratio

• Ratio: 1:15

This ratio ensures every child receives appropriate attention and care while benefiting from the group setting’s social and collaborative opportunities.
