The Magic Moments Team is comprised of a talented group of professionals committed to creating an early learning experience that will lay the foundation for learning for young children. We have created layers of management to ensure that we stay collectively committed to our mission. We encourage progressive development within our company and seek ways to challenge members to become leaders.
Our team consists of Center directors, assistant directors, lead teachers, assistant teachers, food service managers, building maintenance, transportation services, administrative and accounting personnel. Collectively, we support the daily activities of creating the Magic Moments Early Learning Centers.
While the members of our team serve in a broad spectrum of areas we are unified in our commitment to make Magic Moments Early Learning Center the best choice for childcare and early learning education.
We understand that the quality of a child’s preschool and elementary experience largely depends on the interaction with qualified educators. The teachers and staff at Magic Moments are carefully considered for their experiences while working with children. We require each teacher to complete the State of Maryland’s 90 hour certification program for Early Childhood Education. They must also become credentialed within 1 year of hire. It is our goal to employ individuals that will inspire, empower, and bring out the best in all of our learners.
Magic Moment’s top priority is to ensure the safety and security of all of our early learners. We require that State and Federal background checks are performed on each staff member along with reference checks. Upon hire, we strictly enforce a 90 day employment probation period. Our ongoing monitoring program includes continuous observation of staff performance.
